We want you to love your purchase! If something's not right, here's how we can help:

• 30-Day Returns: Return any item within 30 days of receipt.
• Change of Mind: Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Defective or Damaged Items: No restocking fee. Just send us a photo/video of the issue, and we'll offer a replacement or full refund.
• Wrong Item Received: Let us know right away — we'll fix it at no cost to you.
• How to Start a Return: Email support@thefixationstation.com or call (888) 905-9390 with your order number and reason for return.
• Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 days (additional time may apply depending on your bank).
