30-Day Returns: Return any item within 30 days of receipt.
Change of Mind: Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Defective or Damaged Items: No restocking fee. Just send us a photo/video of the issue, and we'll offer a replacement or full refund.

Provides the best soldering quality thanks to JBC Intelligent Heat Management and, additionally, Sleep & Hibernation Modes that extend tip life till 5 times longer.
Complete Cleaning System with an antisplash membrane to keep the work area clean and integrated wiper to remove excess solder from the tip.
Cartridge Holder and JBC Exclusive Cartridge Extractor, that facilitates fast and safe cartridge changes.
Possible connection to the JBC Fume Extractor (connector RJ12).
Connectivity: data's download, software updates, traceability.
Includes AM120 Adjustable Micro Tweezers that works with our C120 Cartridge Range.
