30-Day Returns: Return any item within 30 days of receipt.
Change of Mind: Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Defective or Damaged Items: No restocking fee. Just send us a photo/video of the issue, and we'll offer a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Item Received: Let us know right away — we'll fix it at no cost to you.

RWS Rework Arm supports the JTT Heater Hose Set, allowing handsfree operation.
PHSK Small Preheater Set comes with PHS Small Preheater and PSS Small PCB Support.
